Echo utilizes a proven implementation strategy which is tailored to each client’s individual needs following industry best practices. Echo products are implemented using a phased approach designed to quickly help you gain value from your investment.
Our implementation team will work with you to transfer any existing data, train staff and build out your core processes and business operations. You’ll have a dedicated implementation specialist who will be your go-to advocate and success champion.
Training is typically provided via a combination of onsite training and Internet teleconferencing. The onsite training may be conducted at the client site, or in the corporate office classroom facility. Basic training courses are called our "Core Training Series" consisting of four web-based training sessions.
Next, two distinct sets of training occur. First, onsite training will be scheduled to provide a deeper dive into Echo functionality. Training will also be conducted to review the custom processes and reports set up by our training specialists, how to use them, and how different actions will trigger automated events and notifications. The second set of training addresses comprehensive product usage. These advanced, Web-based training sessions are designed and are best suited for administrators and "super users". The sessions will be used to review the tools used to set up the process and automation in great detail.
EchoEssentials Technical Services
The Echo technical services team works closely with clients to review hardware configurations, to test, and then to deploy the Echo software solution. Our team provides data transfer services from existing data sources. For clients who deploy the system on local servers, the technical services team will help to install the system on both test and production servers during the initial installation process.
EchoEssentials Cloud Services
In the EchoCloud environment, the Echo Technical Services team manages every aspect of the installation. In addition, they support Cloud customers with database maintenance, log monitoring, backups, performance tuning, disaster recovery, security updates and Echo updates.
